Abstract:
PURPOSE: To easily sample a proper amt. of urine not only from a man but also from a woman by providing a sampling hole on the way of a cylindrical member closed at its lower end and providing a grip part having a wide area to the upper end opening of the cylindrical member.
CONSTITUTION: The urine sampler 1 is made of paper or plastic and a urine sampling hole 3 is provided on the way of a cylindrical member 2 having a trigonal pyramid shape. The triangular tip part of the lower end of the cylindrical member 2 is closed and an opening 4 is formed in the upper end expanded part of the cylindrical member 2 and a grip part 5 having a wide area is provided to the opening 4 in a protruding state. When urine is sampled, a user urinates in a toilet to inject urine 6 into the sampling hole 3 and sampling is stopped at a point of time when urine in the cylindrical member 2 overflows the sampling hole 3. Since the grip part 5 to be pressed by the finger of the user and the urine sampling port 3 are separated, the user can sample urine without minding the contamination of a finger with urine and a proper amt. of urine can be automatically sampled according to the position of the sampling hole 3.
