Abstract:

To provide an electrode for a dye-sensitized solar cell, in which a transparent conductive layer and a porous oxide semiconductor layer are less likely to peel off.

An electrode 1 for a dye-sensitized solar cell includes a substrate 2 with a transparent conductive layer, and a porous oxide semiconductor layer 6. The substrate 2 with the transparent conductive layer includes a glass substrate 3, a base layer 4, and a transparent conductive layer 5. The base layer 4 is disposed on one main surface of the glass substrate 3. The base layer 4 has irregularities on a surface opposite to the glass substrate 3. The transparent conductive layer 5 is disposed on the base layer 4. The porous oxide semiconductor layer 6 is disposed on the transparent conductive layer 5.
