Title:
ELECTRODE LEAD-OUT METHOD OF ACOUSTIC DIAPHRAGM
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS59153400
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To enable electrode lead-out with large adhering force and low resistance value by melt-spraying a metal having a low specific resistance or platinum to a power feeding section made of a conductive thin plate being a diaphragm under the gaseous atmosphere of A metal or the like in a ribbon type speaker so as to form an electrode layer.

CONSTITUTION: A mask member 9 is covered to a beryllium thin plate 1 except the power feeding sections at both ends. Then, the thin plate 1 is fixed in an enclosed case 7 by a fitting jig 8. After the interior of the case 7 is vacuumed to nearly 10-1∼10-9Torr, an alkali metal and an alkali earth metal 13 are heated and evaporated by a heater 12 to form metallic (13) gaseous atmosphere. Then, a metal having a low specific resistance such as copper or its alloy is melt- sprayed by a melt-spray gun 10. After the melt-spray, the mask member 9 is removed and the electrode layer 11 is formed on the power feeding section 1a of the beryllium thin plate 1. The electrode member 3 made of copper or the like is soldered to the electrode layer 11 by a solder 4.
