Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a sheet-like electrode which allows the difference in irregularities at an end in the width direction of an electrode mixture layer to be 1.0 mm or smaller.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode comprises steps of: fabricating a granulation body which contains an electrode active material, a binder, and a solvent; supplying the granulation body to a portion between a pair of rollers which are arranged parallel to each other with a gap therebetween and each of which is rotationally driven, thereby compression-molding the granulation body by the pair of rollers so as to form an electrode mixture layer; and arranging the electrode mixture layer on an electrode collector. The proportion of average grain diameter of the granulation body with respect to the gap between the pair of rollers is 2.5 or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
