Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paste composition for electrodes that prevents oxidation of copper during calcination and that can form an electrode having low resistivity, and to provide a solar cell having an electrode formed by using the paste composition for electrodes.SOLUTION: The paste composition for electrodes includes: copper-containing particles having a peak temperature of at least 280°C for an exothermic peak which represents a maximum area in differential heat/thermogravimetry simultaneous measurement; glass particles; a solvent; and a resin. The solar cell has the electrode formed by using the paste composition for electrodes.
