Abstract:
To provide an electrode processing method or the like in which a seal is mounted on an electrode and whether or not mounting is properly performed can be inspected.
An electrode is mounted on a seal for the rear face, the seal for the front face is stretched over the electrode, and pressure is applied to the seal for the rear face and the seal for the front face to be temporarily stuck on the electrode. Next, after the seal is cut off, and heat and pressure are applied to the seals on the front face and the rear face to be thermocompressed against the electrode, it is inspected whether or not thermal compression bond is performed properly.
