Abstract:
To provide an electrode for resistance welding capable of appropriate welding.
An electrode 10 for resistance welding includes a pair of electrodes 21 that sandwiches an exposed core wire 16 exposed at a terminal of a wire 15 consisting of the core wire 16 and an insulating coating 17 coating the core wire. The electrodes 21 have a core wire arrangement part 12 where the exposed core wire 16 is disposed, and an electrode contact part 13 that comes in contact with the other electrode 11, wherein the contact surface of the electrode contact part 13 with the other electrode 11 is covered with an insulating member 24 that consists of an insulating material.
