Abstract:
To provide a method for efficiently manufacturing an electrode sheet in which an electrode layer is intermittently formed on a current collector.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an electrode sheet 1 in which an electrode layer 11 is intermittently formed on a current collector 10 includes a binding precursor layer forming step of intermittently forming a binding precursor layer 12p containing a binder on the current collector 10, a press step of forming an electrode layer 11 in which an electrode active material layer 13 containing the electrode active material is integrated on a binding layer 12 containing the binder to obtain the electrode sheet 1 by arranging an electrode mixture 13m containing the electrode active material on the current collector 10 on which the binding precursor layer 12p is formed and pressing these, and a vibration step of applying vibration to the electrode sheet 1 after the pressing step to screen off the electrode mixture 13m on the current collector 10 and arranged in a portion other than the binding layer 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
