Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode terminal excellent in peeling resistance even when making high density and fine pitches in it.
SOLUTION: One electrode terminal can be brought into contact with another electrode terminal 10 formed on a film substrate 32, and a narrow part 11 perpendicular to a longitudinal direction of the latter electrode terminal 10 is formed on a part of this electrode terminal 10. The narrow part 11 is so formed that it can be brought into contact with the one electrode terminal mentioned above.
