Title:
ELECTRODE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2011049058
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To provide an electrode including an inorganic material to which an organic compound adsorbs for improving the characteristics of an electroluminescent element (particularly, an organic electroluminescent element) or a photoelectric conversion element.

The electrode for the organic electroluminescent element or the photoelectric conversion element includes the inorganic material to which the organic compound adsorbs. The organic compound has at least four fluorine atoms, and has a value of 0-0.18 calculated by Expression: NH/(NC×NF), where NH is the number of hydrogen atoms in the organic compound, NC is the number of carbon atoms in the organic compound, and NF is the number of fluorine atoms in the organic compound.
