Abstract:
To provide an electrodeposition coating apparatus that can reduce a production cost.SOLUTION: An electrodeposition coating apparatus comprises: an electrodeposition tank 4 in which an electrodeposition coating solution 3 is accommodated; an electrode part 2 that is provided inside the electrodeposition tank 4; and a circulation mechanism 28 for circulating the electrodeposition coating solution 3. The electrode part 2 is provided in a place where coating particles included in the electrodeposition coating solution 3 can flow from a to-be-coated object 1 to the electrode part 2. The circulation mechanism 28 includes: a filtration part 21 for separating the electrodeposition coating solution 3 into a first solution and a second solution; a third circulation part 24 for circulating te first solution; and a collection tank 15 for pooling the first solution after finishing circulating through the third circulation part 24. The third circulation part 24 has a measuring device 31 for measuring the electric conductivity of the first solution. The collection tank 15 has an adjustment part 32 for adjusting the electric conductivity of the first solution according to the electric conductivity measured by the measuring device 31.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
