Abstract:
To reduce the amount of consumption of rinse water and the amount of discharge of used rinse water that needs post-treatment in an electrodeposition coating facility.SOLUTION: An electrodeposition coating facility comprises: a degreasing treatment unit A; a post-degreasing washing unit B; a chemical treatment unit C; a post-chemical washing unit D; an electrodeposition coating unit E; and a post-electrodeposition washing unit F. In the electrodeposition coating facility, a filtration treatment apparatus 4 is provided, in which rinse water W that was used for cleansing a to-be-coated object 1 is filtered in the post-electrodeposition washing unit F, and a rinse water recycling path 5 is also provided for supplying the rinse water W that was filtered in the filtration treatment apparatus 4 to the post-chemical washing unit D as rinse water W to be used for cleansing the to-be-coated object in the post-chemical washing unit D.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
