Abstract:
To provide a highly general-purpose electrodeposition coating material having not only heat resistance/discharge performance, but also sliding properties.
The electrodeposition coating material for an electrodeposition coated film is obtained by using a heat-resistant resin material as a base material, and adding a solid lubricating agent and an electroconductive inorganic filler. The pH of an electrodeposition liquid containing the dispersing elements of the electrodeposition coating material is kept within the span of control of pH 3-4.
