Abstract:
To provide an electrodeposition grinding wheel with high polishing efficiency and hardly causing clogging.
A coating layer 32 is formed on a base metal 12. A plurality of through-holes 33 reaching from a surface of the coating layer 32 to a surface of the base metal 12 are formed in the coating layer 32. Metal plating phases 34 are formed individually per each through-hole 33 on the surface of the base metal 12 through the through-holes 33, and super abrasive grains 14 are fixed to the base metal 12 by these metal plating phases 34.
