A proportion of a surface area of an electrodeposition part 3 is more than 80% of an area of base metal 2 in its region on an inner peripheral part 5 which is the region where width (a) from an inner peripheral edge L of the wheel along a mounting hole 4 is less than 15% against width W to an outer peripheral edge M from the inner peripheral edge L of the wheel. The proportion of the surface area of the electrodeposition part 3 is more than 70% and less than 90% of the area of the base metal 2 in the region on an outer peripheral part 6 which is a region where width (b) from the outer peripheral edge M of the wheel against the width W of the wheel is less than 20%. The proportion of the surface area of the electrodeposition part 3 is more than 40% and less than 60% of the area of the base metal 2 in the region on a central part 7 which is the region sandwiched by the inner peripheral part 5 and the outer peripheral part 6 and having width (c).
