Abstract:
To provide an electroformed mesh sheet capable of enhancing strength of the mesh sheet by elongating in a vertical direction, cross-sectional shapes of a vertical bar (muntin) and a horizontal bar (cross rail) composing the mesh sheet to increase a cross section of each bar, and to provide a method for production thereof.SOLUTION: There is provided a mesh sheet on which numerous lattice-like opening patterns having a vertical bar (muntin) and a horizontal bar (cross rail) crossing mutually with each other are formed by plating. In each cross-sectional shape of the vertical and horizontal bars of the mesh sheet 1, a center part of a top face thereof used as a squeegee surface side protrudes, and both sides of a central protrusion part are flat surfaces 2. A center part of an underside used as a printed surface side is a flat surface 3, and both side ends of a central flat surface are formed to be a rounded R-shaped curved surface 4. A cross-sectional shape expresses a reverse mushroom type as a whole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
