PURPOSE:To improve the adhesive strength between a packing material and metallic shell by forming the metallic projections formed at the boundary between the packing material and the metallic shell by utilizing the granular magnets at the time of forming the metallic shell to the packing material in the stage of manufacturing an electroforming mold. CONSTITUTION:Upper and lower wooden molds 12a, 12b in which a master pattern 11 is fitted and housed are prepared and are assembled together with the pattern 11. A silicone resin 13 is poured into the spacing thereof. On the other hand, electroforming masters 14a, 14b are prepd. and an urethane elastomer 15 is poured between the master bodies 14a, 14b and the silicone resin 13 to manufacture electroforming masters 16a, 16b. The masters are attached to electrodes 17, 17 and are put into an aq. Ni salt soln. 18 in which the masters are subjected to an electroforming treatment by an electrolytic treatment. Many granular magnets 9 are formed at about 50mm intervals on the surface of the metallic shell 7 in about 2 days before the final day and further the electroforming is continued to form the undercut- shaped metallic projections 8. The electroforming masters are pulled out of the liquid upon ending of the electroforming and after a molding flask 6 is attached to the metallic shell 7, the resin packing material 5 is packed into the flask 6. The masters 16a, 16b are finally removed and the electroforming mold 1 having the good adhesiveness between the shell 7 and the packing material 5 is manufactured.
