Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small electrohydraulic servo motor.
SOLUTION: An electrohydraulic servo motor 100 to rotate an output shaft 61 in accordance with a difference of revolution of an axis of ro rotation 41 and the output shaft 61 is furnished with displacement sensor 80 to detect a spool position in the axial direction of a spool 71 and to output a spool position signal in accordance with the detected spool position and a CPU 90 to which a signal to be input to a pulse motor 40 and the spool position signal are input and to process the signal input to the pulse motor 40 and to output it to the pulse motor 40 so that the spool position in the axial direction of the spool 71 comes to be in a specified region, and it is controlled by the CPU 90 so that the spool 71 does not collide against a cap cover 36 or a cap cover 37.
