Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress acoustic impedance in a thin air layer between a magnetic pole and a voice coil and prevent degradation of frequency response.SOLUTION: An electrokinetic electro-acoustic transducer 1 includes: a magnetic circuit 20, forming a magnetic path with magnetic materials 22, 23 and 24 and a magnet 21; a magnetic gap 25, formed in the magnetic path; a voice coil 13, disposed in the magnetic gap; and a diaphragm 10, coupled to the voice coil. At least part of 22 and 24 of the magnetic materials is formed with a porous material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
