Title:
Electrolysis vessel structure of an owner barrier membrane electrolysis vessel
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP5941105
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm-provided electrolytic cell D in which a plurality of electrode plate units 10 are superimposed mutually to form a plurality of pairs of electrolytic chambers in individual electrode plate units 10 and which prevents leakage of to-be-electrolyzed water, electrolysis production water, etc. from each pair of the electrolytic chambers without use of a sealing member.SOLUTION: Individual electrode plates 10d and 10e are engaged in individual spacers 10a and 10b constituting an electrode plate unit 10 to form engagement concave parts 14 and 15 located in outer peripheral frame parts 11 and 12, and, in the outer peripheral frame parts 11 and 12, a concavoconvex structure having engagement concave parts 11a and 12a which have the same depths as the depths of the engagement concave parts 14 and 15 is formed so as to set the depths of the individual concave parts 11a, 12a, 14 and 15 to be the same as the thicknesses of the electrode plates 10d and 10e. The mutually opposed outer peripheral frame parts 11 and 12 of both spacers 10a and 10b are engaged with each other and assembled tightly.
