Abstract:
To provide an electrolytic solution analysis device that measures the concentration of ions included in an electrolytic solution and can determine whether or not an ion selection film is separated from an underlying electrode layer.SOLUTION: An electrolytic solution analysis device in the present invention comprises: a substrate 31 extending in one direction; main electrode layers 43 and 44 that are provided on a main surface of the substrate 31 and that include a main base portion and a main extension portion; an ion selection film provided in contact with the main base portion so as to cover the main base portion; and an auxiliary electrode layer 48 that is provided on the main surface of the substrate 31 and that includes an auxiliary base portion 46 and an auxiliary extension portion. In a state where an electrolytic solution is in contact so as to cover the side at one end 31e of the substrate 31, separation-determining portions 11 and 14 acquire the potential of the main base portion through the main extension portion and acquire the potential of the auxiliary base portion 46 through the auxiliary extension portion. The separation-determining portions determine whether or not the ion selection film is separated from the main base portion on the basis of a potential difference between the acquired potential of the main base portion and the potential of the auxiliary base portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
