Abstract:
To provide a method of manufacturing an electrolyte membrane which has high proton conductivity, and less fuel crossover, the electrolyte membrane manufactured by using the method of manufacturing the electrolyte membrane, a fuel cell having the electrolyte membrane, and an electric equipment having the fuel cell.
The method of manufacturing the electrolyte membrane has a process in which liquid containing a monomer having a nonionic copolymer and a phosphate group is impregnated into a porous membrane, and a process for polymerizing the monomer having the phosphate group.
