To provide an electrolyte supply device whose cost is reduced, in which an electrolyte can be supplied to an electrical energy accumulating device, and which can be made compact and deterioration of electrolyte can be suppressed, when electrolyte is impregnated in a plurality of electrical energy accumulating devices, and to provide a manufacturing method of the electrical energy accumulating device using the electrolyte supply device.
The electrolyte supply device is provided with an electrolyte storage tank 12 where an electrolyte 11 is stored. An electrolyte supply member 14, where electrolyte 11 is immersed by impregnating a part in the electrolyte 11, and a tip protrudes outside the electrolyte storage tank 12 is installed in the device.
