To provide an electrolytic apparatus which has low connection resistance between an electrode terminal and an electrode plate and can electrolyze water of low conductivity and water under low conductivity conditions in which an added electrolyte is reduced by passing a large treatment current over a long period.
In an electrolytic apparatus in which voltage is applied between electrode plates 5 arranged at a prescribed interval and water existing between the electrode plates 5 is electrolyzed, at least an anode plate 5 is a ferrite electrode, and at least one hole part 15 is formed in the ferrite electrode, the clearance between the hole part 15 and the end part of an electrode terminal 9 inserted into the hole part is filled with a conductive metal binding member 16 which is deformed by the insertion of the terminal 9, and the ferrite electrode 5 and the electrode terminal 9 are made to communicate with each other and integrated.
