Abstract:
To suppress deterioration in characteristics of an electrolytic capacitor even in a high-humidity environment.SOLUTION: A capacitor element 5 of an electrolytic capacitor includes an anode 11 having a dielectric oxide coating, a cathode 12, a separator 13, and a conductive polymer layer supported by the separator 13. The conductive polymer layer is a layer formed by impregnating a main body portion of the capacitor element with a mixed liquid in which a first conductive polymer has been dispersed in a solvent and a second conductive polymer has been dissolved in the solvent and then performing a heat treatment. In the mixed liquid, the concentration of the first conductive polymer is 5 times or less as large as the concentration of the second conductive polymer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
