An electrolytic capacitor is equipped with an anode provided with an anode leading electrode, a cathode provided with a cathode leading electrode, a separator which separates the anode and the cathode from each other, and an electrolyte which is kept in between the anode and the cathode. A conductive material is electrically insulated from both the anode leading electrode and the cathode leading electrode and located near them, and the conductive material is extended, so as to traverse a part of a magnetic flux penetrating through a plane region where no electrolyte resides and which is demarcated by the anode leading electrode and the cathode leading electrode.
