To effectively use an electrolytic solution circulation type battery by utilizing heat generated by an electrolytic solution of the electrolytic solution circulation type battery as a heat source of a floor heating when there is less leveling effect in the winter season.
In the electrolytic solution circulation type battery system, positive electrode tanks 21, 22, 23 and negative electrode tanks 31, 32, 33 are arranged under floor in order to carry out floor heating of a house. By circulating the electrolytic solution in the tank for underfloor, the generated heat is utilized as the heat source, and floor heating of the house is carried out. Moreover, the electrolytic solution stored in the tanks is made to have a desired heating value by positively mixing a positive electrode electrolytic solution and a negative electrode electrolytic solution.
