The electrolytic water producing apparatus has a storage part for storing water to be electrolyzed, an electrolytic part for electrolyzing water to be electrolyzed to obtain electrolytic water, a jet nozzle for ejecting the electrolytic water made in the electrolytic part, and a liquid feed means for feeding the water to be electrolyzed. The liquid feed means is formed as a gear pump and rotationally controlled in a direction reverse to the liquid feed means before the stop of operation after the electrolytic water made when used is ejected from the nozzle under predetermined pressure in a predetermined flow rate.
