Abstract:
PURPOSE: To inform a user about the time to carry out necessary cleaning for scale removal independently of the existence of a pH sensor by memorizing the correlation between a flow rate and the electrolytic current value at the time of starting of use and comparing the electrolytic current value corresponding to the flow rate with the memorized value.
CONSTITUTION: A control circuit C with which a pH sensor 7 and a flow meter 6 are connected controls the electrolytic voltage to be applied to electrodes of an electrolytic bath 2 by PWM control of an electric power source part DV. Also, a comparison circuit C1 to compare an aiming pH value with the pH value of electrolytic water by the pH sensor 7 is built in the control circuit C and the control circuit C so controls the electrolytic voltage based on feedback as to make the detected pH value become the same as the aiming pH value. Furthermore, a comparator CP to which the voltage between both ends of a resistor R inserted in the electric power source part DV is sent compares the intensity of the flowing electric current corresponding to the decrease of voltage of the resistor R with the upper limit value. In the case where the flowing electric current exceeds the upper limit value, an excessive current detected signal is sent out to the control circuit C. Besides, the control circuit C sends out a voltage lowering order signal to the electric power source part DV so as to lower the voltage applied to the electrodes.
