Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the use efficiency of a magnetic path member where the section of the magnetic path is equalized, by forming a fixed iron core, coupling the ends on bottom plate side of pillar-shaped foot iron cores with each other by a ferromagnetic plate.
CONSTITUTION: The magnetic path on the side of a fixed iron core is made of two pieces of foot iron cores 16, two sheets of ferromagnetic plates 21, and a bottom plate 17 serving for the purpose of blocking the bottom face of a lower case 13, too. Hereby, the ferromagnetic plate 21 can take its area all inside the peripheral wall of the lower case 13, so the required sectional area of the magnetic path between the ends on bottom plate side of the foot iron cores 16 can be obtained with thin thickness. Moreover, a required number of coils can be obtained without raising the level of the topside of the coil 11. Accordingly, this can be obtained by laying thin die-cut plates on the ferromagnetic plate, so this is equal all over the overall length of the magnetic path, and besides the use efficiency of the material can be improved.
