Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnet device for the noncontact control of a thin plate which is constituted in such a way that a position on the thin plate detected by a position sensor and a position on the thin plate controlled by an electromagnet become the same position, and to provide a noncontact controller for the thin plate.
SOLUTION: The electromagnet device for the noncontact control of the thin plate is provided with a magnetic core (2) which comprises a magnetic pole face opposite to the thin plate (1), a first coil (3) which is wound on the circumference of the magnetic core, a second coil (4) which is wound on the circumference of the end on the side of the magnetic pole face opposite to the thin plate of the magnetic core, and a distance calculation device (8) which calculates the distance between the thin plate and the magnetic pole face of the magnetic core opposite to the thin plate.
