Abstract:
To provide an electromagnet device capable of performing magnetic field adjustment work without influence of a high magnetic field on a worker even in an excitation state.SOLUTION: An electromagnet device 70 comprises: a superconducting coil 33; a yoke top plate 31 having an opening part 26 and provided on the upper surface of the superconducting coil 33; a magnetic pole structure 32 attached to the opening part 26 and collecting a magnetic flux generated by the superconducting coil 33; a first member 36 for fastening the yoke top plate 31 and the magnetic pole structure 32; and a second member 37 attached to the first member 36 and having a variable volume.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
