Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve magnetic efficiency by enhancing adhesiveness, in a configuration allowing paired yokes to be joined.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic actuator comprises: a rotor 50 that includes a permanent magnet; an excitation coil 60; a bobbin 70 around which a coil is wound; and a first yoke 80 and a second yoke 90 that form a magnetic path joined by being inserted from both sides of a through-hole 72 formed in the bobbin. The first yoke 80 and the second yoke 90 are formed into a complementation shape serving as a state where the first yoke 80 and the second yoke 90 mutually start contacting with each other after the first yoke 80 and second yoke 90 are inserted into the through-hole by a prescribed length, and the first yoke 80 and second yoke 90 mutually press toward inner side surfaces 72c and 72d of the through-hole in a direction perpendicular to an insertion direction until insertion completion. Accordingly, increase in the number of components is suppressed, and assemble workability is enhanced, and thus, deformation, or damage, or the like of the component upon assembly can be prevented, and magnetic efficiency can be enhanced by improving mutual adhesiveness between the paired yokes.
