The structure is provided for mounting an electromagnetic actuator having the approximately cylindrical valve body part having an opening portion connected to the external flow path and a solenoid part for driving a valve element stored in the valve body part on a block having the flow path and a fitting portion into which is the valve body part is fitted. It comprises the valve body part having a grooved portion on the outer periphery at the approximately front end with its inclined face to which a seal member is fitted, the seal member having a width in the axial direction of the valve body part, and an energizing means for energizing the seal member in the axial direction.
