Abstract:
To enable continuously drive force control of a movable member mounted to a member to be driven to be subjected by a control coil provided in a fixing member for reducing the weight of the movable member, and at the same time, to eliminate the need for high assembly precision in an electromagnetic actuator.
The movable-side magnet of the movable member is composed so as to be a total electromagnetic force of electromagnetic repulsion, due to combination of the fixing-side magnet of the fixing member and control electromagnetic force due to the control coil of the fixing member, and also the control coil is arranged between the first magnetic pole of the movable-side magnet and that of the fixing-side magnet.
