Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic actuator capable of accurately controlling a connection/disconnection state of a connecting/disconnecting part.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic actuator 1 includes: a pair of rotary members 3, 5 which can rotate relatively; a connecting/disconnecting part 7 for connecting/disconnecting power transmission between the pair of rotary members 3, 5; an electromagnet 9 for actuating the connecting/disconnecting part 7; and control means 11 for controlling electric conduction to the electromagnet 9. The control means 11 determines an additional current I1 selected from among request torque a, differential rotation c of the pair of rotary members 3, 5 and temperature b of the connecting/disconnecting part 7, and adds it to the electromagnet 9.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
