PURPOSE: To facilitate the positioning of a movable piece and miniaturize a pump by installing a supporting body having elasticity in the oscillating direction of the movable piece while having rigidity in the direction perpendicularly intersecting to the oscillating direction, between a movable portion and a fixed portion.
CONSTITUTION: A supporting body 60 having elasticity in the oscillating direction of a movable piece 5 while having rigidity in the direction perpendicularly intersecting to the oscillating direction is installed between a movable portion consisting of the movable piece 5 and a plurality of diaphragms 33b and a fixed portion consisting of a case (box type body 32), a core block 4, and a plurality of compression blocks. For example, the supporting body 60 made of an I-shaped elastic plate 61 and having fixed ends 62 fitted on both ends thereof is provided between a center plate 55b and the diaphragms 33b and held between a plurality of center plates 55a, 55b. The projection 63a of the center plate 55b is inserted into the hole 63 of the supporting body 60, while fitting the fixed ends 62 of the supporting body 60 to the recessed portions 34' of the groove 34 of the box type body 32.
