Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform adjustment of holding power in which a support part for movably supporting an amateur holds the amateur, without requiring replacement of members.SOLUTION: When a state of an electromagnetic brake device 100 transits to a braking state or to a non-braking state, an inner peripheral surface surrounding an amateur through-hole 121 of an amateur 120 slides with an outer peripheral surface of an elastic body 151. When a nut 153 is screwed forward toward a core 110, the elastic body 151 is pressed by the nut 153 via a washer 152, and expands in a radial direction between the core 110 and the nut 153, so that holding power for a support part 140 to hold the amateur 120 via the elastic body 151 increases. On the other hand, when the nut 153 is screwed backward toward a drum 10, the elastic body 151 contracts in a radial direction, so that the holding power for the support part 140 to hold the amateur 120 via the elastic body 151 decreases.
