Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic brake device capable of stably suppressing noise such as collision noise in brake for a long period.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic brake device includes: a brake shoe capable of slidably contacting with a braked body; an armature supporting the brake shoe; a plurality of brake springs suppressing the armature and energizing the brake shoe to a brake direction; and an electromagnetic magnet body performing electromagnetic attraction to the armature so as to resist energization force of the brake spring, and driving the brake shoe in a direction of separating from the braked body. In the electromagnetic brake device, lamination type compression rubber constituted by laminating compression rubber in multilayer is provided in the brake direction of the armature; and when the armature moves in the brake direction, and the lamination type compression rubber is compressed to make the compression rubber act as reaction of the brake spring.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
