Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic brake device capable of securely detecting a non-braking state of the electromagnetic brake device.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic brake device 12 includes: a brake stator 41; a rotating shaft 26; a brake disk 45; a brake armature 42; an adsorption mechanism for adsorbing the brake armature 42 to the brake stator 41 through electric conduction; and an energizing member energizing the brake armature 42 to a direction separate from the brake stator 41. The electromagnetic brake device 12 is connected to a controller detecting a non-braking state on the basis of electric conduction to the adsorption mechanism. The electromagnetic brake device further includes: a cover part 47 covering the brake armature 42 and the outer periphery of the brake disk 45; a through hole 50 provided in the cover part 47; a lid member 51 closing the through hole 50; and a pressure sensitive sensor 60 inserted through the through hole 50 to be interposed between the brake armature 42 and the brake stator 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
