To provide an electromagnetic clutch, in which a part-count is reduced by eliminating a bushing for fixing a resilient part to an armature, and improve the responsivity of the clutch.

The electronic clutch 1 is provided with a tubular shaft 5 for receiving a rotation shaft, a resilient part 8 to be externally fit on the shaft 5, an armature 9 which is fit externally on the shaft 5 to receive partly the resilient member 8, and a cover 14 of the armature, which is fit externally on the shaft 5 and placed adjacently to the armature 9. The resilient member 8 and the armature cover 14 are locked and fixed.
