Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an electromagnetic clutch which can reduce a cost and an operation sound by arranging an elastic member suitable for spring force of a plate spring to attract and move away.
SOLUTION: An outer peripheral part 61c, a mounting plate 61b to be connected to a hub 6, and a connection part 61d are formed to the plate spring 61 in an approximately nonagonal shape. And moreover, a fixing part 62 of an armature 5 is arranged at the outer peripheral part 61c. At the same time, a first rubber member 67 is arranged at an intermediate place of the fixing part 62, and a second rubber member 66 is arranged at an opening in the axial direction of the plate spring 61 and the hub 6. When the electromagnetic clutch is operated, the second rubber member 66 is compressed by the plate spring 61. At the same time, when the electromagnetic clutch is stopped, positioning in the axial direction is executed by the armature 5 by being brought into contact with the first rubber member 67. By this, reduction of the cost and the operation sound can be achieved.
