Abstract:
To provide an electromagnetic coil having a large Q value with low heat generation.
By connecting, in parallel, a second planar coil L2, a third planar coil L3, and a fourth planar coil L4 having low heat dissipation on an inner layer, an inductance portion is increased by connecting a plurality of the coils while lowering a resistance portion, and the inductance part is increased by connecting the first planar coils L1 of a surface layer having high heat dissipation in series.
