Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent mutual rotation of a molded electromagnetic coil body and a housing 3 of an electromagnetic coil, composed of the coil body and the housing 3.
SOLUTION: The electromagnetic coil is composed of the molded electromagnetic coil body 1, which is formed by integrally molding a coil 23 itself and a connecting terminal 18 connected to the coil 23, by using a molding resin 11 and the housing 3 which houses the molded body 1. The molded body 1 is fixed to the housing 3, by caulking the caulking section 31 of the housing 3 after the body 1 is housed in the housing 3 and, at the same time, a rotation preventing means for the caulking section 31 is formed, by making the rear surface of a recessed section provided in the caulking section 31 of the housing 3 bite into the upper surface of the caulking receiving section of the molded body 1.
