Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make an electromagnetic part compact, simplify a mechanism, and especially perform the correct and rapid control of a variable capacity compressor.
CONSTITUTION: A differential pressure regulating valve part Bq is provided with a Pc valve body 17 approaching/separating in relation to a valve seat 15e2 formed on the inlet side of a valve hole 15e1 in a passage between the Pc pressure lead-in port 15c of a compressor and the inlet side, and an adjusting spring 20 for energizing the Pc valve body 17 in the opening direction. In an electromagnetic proportional control part B2, a plunger 24 provided movably in a plunger chamber R3 having a Pd pressure lead-in port 15g is provided with a connecting rod 25 passing the through hole 15d1 of the electromagnetic proportional control part B2, the Pc pressure lead-in port 15c and the valve hole 15e1 so as to come in contact with the valve body 17, and a plunger spring 26 larger in resiliency than the adjusting spring 20 is provided opposedly to the adjusting spring 20. A Pd valve 27 is further provided to open/close the through hole 15d1 by the movement of the plunger 24 in the plunger chamber R3.
