PURPOSE: To facilitate assembly by forming each side plate, which never influences the magnetic path characteristics of an electromagnet, as a different frame made of synthetic resin.
CONSTITUTION: One of two counter side plates 1 and 2 which constitute a counter frame, e.g., one side plate 1 which exerts no influence on the magnetic path characteristics of an electromagnet 20 is formed as a different frame by using synthetic resin, and a number wheel shaft 3 and a pinion shaft 4 are set upright in the inside of this frame 1 in one body. Then, a number wheel 7 and a pinion 8 are fitted alternately in those shafts. Then, a frame 2 is combined with the frame 1 and the other-side ends of those shafts 3 and 4 are supported at hole parts 5 and 6 of the frame 2 side.
