PURPOSE: To provide a electromagnet device giving torque on the same rotation axis as that of a solenoid winding center occupying less space.
CONSTITUTION: This electronic device has a coil 2 wound around a bobbin 1, a core 3 having the oblique surfaces 3f, 3g as the first magnetic pole head giving the force on the peripheral surface direction of the coil 2 supported by the bobbin 1 as if covering at least a part of the peripheral surface of the coil 2 as well as a rotor 4 having the other oblique surfaces 4f, 4g as the second magnetic pole head giving force on the peripheral surface direction of the bobbin 1 pivotally journaled at the center of coil 2 wound up around the bobbin 2. On the other hand, the oblique surfaces 3f, 3g of the core 3 and the oblique surfaces 4f, 4g of the rotor 4 are oppositely arranged making a specific air gap so that the rotor 4 may be attraction-rotated on the core 3.
