Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic drain trap for compressed air capable of improving functionality, safety and low costs.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic drain trap comprises: a drain tank provided with at least three water level sensors of a common pole, a lower limit pole, and an upper limit pole; control means provided with, as a control cycle periodically repeated for opening the valve, a minute valve opening period for opening a solenoid valve only for a minute time of 0.4-3 seconds, a sensor detection period capable of opening the solenoid valve any number of times on the basis of detection by the water level sensors continuously from the minute valve opening period, and a failure detection period for detecting a failure of an apparatus; and at least one accommodation case disposed on an outer lateral side face of the drain tank and accommodating the solenoid valve, joints and the control means.
