To improve the conventional technique embodied so that a movable magnetic piece is moved in the attracting direction against the action of a spring by exciting a stationary solenoid coil, and through demagnetization, it is moved in the opposite direction to generate linear reciprocative motions, which however is suitable for the case where no significantly large driving force is required and is not favorably applicable to the case where a large torque, accurate rotating motions or the like are required.

In an electromagnetic driving device of magnetism intensifying type, a movable magnet 6 is put in continuous rotating motions or reciprocative motions with respect to stationary magnets 4 and 5 by converting the magnetic force of at least either of the movable magnet 6 and the stationary magnets 4 and 5, wherein the movable magnet 6 or the stationary magnets 4 and 5 is/are furnished with permanent magnets 16 and 17 for intensifying the magnetic force.
