CONSTITUTION: A permanent magnet 1 has 4 blocks whose adjacent blocks have each different polarity, and also, notch parts 1a, 1b are provided on the side opposed to a photographing optical path 16 of this permanent magnet 1, and the side of its other end so as not to exert influence on the photographing optical path 16. A coil 2 is formed by winding a conductor around the outside circumference of a core 3 in the shape of a hexagon, and this coil 2 has a long side and a short side, and is related as shown by the expressionI. The coil 2 is turned within the range where its sections AF, CD do not project to the outside from the end parts of the permanent magnets 1a, 1b, in the start moving position or the end moving position, so as not to exert influence on the photographing optical path 16.
